This policy covers the Flavinn app and flavinn.com, provided by Noah General Group Inc.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and name.
- Your health record: what you add, such as lab results, medications, conditions and visits.
- Reports you choose to scan.
- Purchase status: your plan and when it renews. Apple handles payment.
- Information about how you use the app.
How we use it
To provide the app, to process purchases, and to improve the app.
Reports read by AI
When you scan a report, and only after you allow it in the app, the report is read by an AI service from Amazon Web Services. The report is not kept and is not used to train AI models. You can withdraw your permission at any time in Settings. See the AI policy.
Sharing
We use service providers to run the app. They process your data only to provide their service to us, and must protect it at least as well as we do. We do not show ads, sell your data, or use it to track you.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app’s Settings, which deletes your data. Backups are deleted within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account settings.
